Got a mostly nice mention for PRIA in the July issue of Smart Money.

Opportunity Knocks

in our feature "Future Stock" (April), which was dedicated to finding the companies most likely to benefit from the hottest trends in technology, we recommended PRI Automation (PRIA), a maker of wafer-transport systems for chip manufacturers. But with the stock trading at $41, we suggested waiting and buying in if the price got down to $27, where its price/sales ratio was a better bargain.

Because of lingering problems in Asia, PRI reported second-quarter revenue in April of $30 million, down 46 percent. Not surprisingly, the stock has lost almost half its value and dipped below $27 this spring. Nonetheless, considering that the semiconductor industry is now at the beginning of a recovery and that an industry leader like PRI just doesn't get much cheaper, it looks to us like a real buying opportunity.
