Company Press Release iChargeit, Inc. to Launch Slide Show Search Engine Multimedia Slide Show Format Geared to Auction, Barter, e-Commerce Shopping
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 1999-- iChargeit, Inc. (OTC BB:ICHG - news) announced today that it is unveiling a multimedia Slide Show Search Engine in the iChargeit.com mall. The search engine will be in a slide show format which will move from product-to-product automatically allowing the shopper to pause, go back or forward among merchandise being shown. Viewers may peruse products by category for all products in the database, buy and/or barter for products and services and completely control the time they wish to spend on any one product and/or service.

Additionally, the Company plans to offer this service to websites that store their products in a database. Utilizing the iChargeit Slide Show Search, merchandise can be viewed by product level, category and a number of other parameters providing Internet users with a new level of customer-controlled e-commerce.

iChargeit previously announced the Company has secured funding and has contracted with Netgateway Inc. to use portions of the Netgateway Internet Commerce Center to drive the iChargeit Auction and Classified Advertising Site to be deployed in the iChargeit.com Cybermall and Virtual Arcade. The projected launch date is scheduled for July, 1999.

iChargeit, Inc., is an internet based company whose iChargeit.com Cybermall and Virtual Arcade began Phase I deployment on March 1, 1999. Through a previously announced agreement with the Total Entertainment Network iChargeit will launch iChargeit Classic Games by TEN, an interactive gaming site. iChargeit is launching traditional ISP access in 500+ Cities in the US and Canada. The Company will also offer high speed access in selected cities by month's end. iChargeit's key partners and anchor tenants include, among others, Preferred Voice International (OTCBB:PFVI - news), Winners Internet Network (OTCBB:WINR - news), Innovative Holdings and Technologies (OTCBB: IHTL - news), Pacific Medical Group (OTCBB:PMGI news) Massimo Da Milano (OTCBB:MDMI - news) and Homecom.
