I think you are right on Maxam being sure that the funding is for sure because they would look like fools to announce Peoria South now when they know without the funding they would not be able to start up Peoria 7 or South, and Dale is no ones fool.If they thought there was any chance at all the funding was not sure It would have been better to wait and see if the funding is there and then they could have announced anytime later on Peoria South . I think this next two weeks are going to be very exciting.
