Larry, I couldn't agree with you more. However, HK appears to make some very serious mistakes in his understanding in how certain investment vehicles work. For example, the poor joe who was asking about the options expiration. HK's response was clear and concise...but not correct in all situations. Someone pointed out HK's error, won't get into whether the post should have been more "sensitive", and HK essentially makes personal attacks. Instead of using humility and praising the correction, his post appear to be the response of wounded animal. Additionally, I questioned his strategy of shorting CISCO. He makes the argument that he shorted against the box with cisco. I understand the concept but to execute right before earnings with a company like Cisco is like pissing in the wind knowing the direction the wind is coming at you. BTW, his defense only came to light after Cisco went from 105 to 124 right after he shorted. To be sure, I've read HK's post and he has a lot to offer this thread. However, his tendency to make personal attacks, snide remarks and digs only reflect his infantile attitude towards criticism or anyone questioning his investment prowess.
