Charles, <<value added to the company>> There's lot of news in the PR that has value added. Please be specific, what part are you referring? PS, BTW, someone in the past said that Maxam would have difficulty distributing the preferred shares. Weeks ago Dale was asked about that and I forgot to tell you that there is no basis to that statement. That's what transfer agents are responsible to achieve. Guess I'm still sandbagging you. <VBG>
