Txdenis,

NOTE: JUST MY OPINIONS AND HONEST QUESTIONS! PLEASE DON'T FLAME ME OR SUE ME!

Like you, I first came to this board for info - and also to see whether there was a buying opportunity. After the initial big drop, I thought HITT might have bottomed and questioned whether it was really still an obvious short. (Trying to determine whether there was a market overreaction.) I forgot what the share price was then, but I know that the price fell substantially after that point so I'm glad I didn't make a move. (Ironically, it wasn't the "bashers" that persuaded me to not pick up a few shares and it wasn't the "promoters" who gave me the idea to think about buying - it was the extremely humorous (again, only my opinion) PR release from the Life Foundation Trust on May 13 that caused me pause.)

Recently I heard the first radio ad for HITT, and then another, and another. They are sure following through with a pretty extensive marketing campaign. That has to be creating huge exposure for the company. In my opinion, the management acted quickly and Dorian Reed resigned after the uproar. (Even if a company's management aren't all angels, that doesn't necessarily mean the company is corrupt, right? Again - just my opinion!) The company is much better at PR releases then Life - which being fair to Life, should be expected. I would think HITT's cost of doing business is relatively low except for the extensive marketing costs, which are to be expected. I saw some posts regarding possible problems with "franchising," etc. I have NO idea about this. However, I would think that a company not complying with certain requirements would be warned to modify their practices, not halted, etc. (again just my opinion.) I saw some posts about some adult links. However, these could easily be edited out as necessary with minimal effort and cost. (I would assume that HITT is doing this already.)

Now maybe I'm the naive one (actually I know I'm pretty naive in many areas!), but I find it hard to believe that there was/is a huge conspiracy to bring down HITT. I find it hard to believe that any type of postings, either negative or positive, would greatly affect a stock's price. Of course, I've never really shorted a stock so don't exactly know the routine and practices. (The most annoying part of all this is that I have to post "just my opinion" everywhere because I'm afraid that I might sued for something I type!)

Anyway I feel for the longs who have had to endure everything. The good news is that the hemorrhaging appears to have stopped and maybe the healing will begin.

Best of luck to all,
Atlanta
