Hi folks,
just a couple of comments about the how the stock traded yesterday.

I think it ran a little ahead of its self on Friday pending the news release. If you actually look at where the revenue is coming from in the excite deal, it's advertising revenue SHARED with excite. Excite is not paying GM for the service, they are partners. Although this may be a significant revenue source for GM, it is difficult to quantify its value in the early stages. Had the announcement been in the form of a contract worth $$$ over the next ## years you would be able to make a better guess at the value.

Another thing keeping us down is probably the fact that GM is not the only company to offer these kinds of services. Companies are crawling out of the woodwork daily with similar type products. When companies like Unisys and Lucent are staying up late working on there VUI products, you get an idea the road may get a little bumpy.

On the bright side, GM is well positioned in this market, we are in way early compared to some of the others. And, we are attracting some high visibility partners(E-Bay in the near future?). I feel its only a matter of time now.

Good luck to all and hang in there
Tony
