Typical Secondary plan.... is the stock goes down into the offering, then the offering actually trades. The firms involved in the offering will start upgrading and reiterating their ratings to make themselves look good. The added stock also should get larger players into the stock. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to buy size or sell size and it takes forever not to tank or run the stock. This short term depression of the stock is just that-short term. The stock is back to the 50 area by mid July. I'm not a doctor and I don't even play one on the tv, but that is my .02. Go play golf today, if it gets too much to watch.
