First of all, I assume you are kidding about a reverse. If not, you should have your head checked. Secondly, the issue at HYSL has not been overstaffing or bloated expenses. It has been the lack of a successful integration of sales forces, resulting in slower sales the last 2 or three quarters. Definitely the company has staffed up over the last 6 months, but I'm not sure if they are overstaffed. Once there is evidence of execution of the integration, the stock will rise. Without it, we sit here or drift.

The one potential catalyst is that the company is seeking a new CEO. Depending upon who that is, there may be some kind of rally. However, speculation (and I mean purely speculation) is that the company could also be an acquisition candidate.
