Clint, Customer service department at AMTD!!!Every time I called it was a twenty minute wait, forcing me to listen to their annoying commercials. I had transferred stock in to open the account and was selling calls against it. I hit the wrong button and "sold to close". Well I owned no options so it was impossible. And it took them two days to post the trade in my account. Eventually, I had to buy to open to close the trade. I lost money. I had to pay commissions on both sides and spent at least a couple of hours hanging on the phone. Hate, hate hate...AMTD. NDB is always so nice even when the error is mine. Quit now before they really hurt you. Life is Beautiful was brilliant! Regards, goldie
