I would like to set as much distance as possible between Iridium and Nextel. Iridium is terminal. Bet it won't be in business in a year. It's phones are bulky, you can't use it in ANY building, and it's VERY EXPENSIVE. Nice prototype, but the next generation of world-wide phones which will get building penetration will be launching early next year. For the ships at sea, there already is IMMARSAT and forest rangers just aren't a big enough market.
Just my 2 cents.
