this is turning into a closed end mutual fund type of company I asked Jim at JDX if they were planning on turning JDX into another CGI (although I wouldn't mind the price). He said no and that the only reason they took down the private placement in medsite.com was that it was the amazing deal and when they got the chance to get a chunk of the shares they bought them quick. However this could also be part of a bigger plan to get into the medical internet sector. Possibly they are looking at a company that has the potential to merge with medsite.com in the future?
