I talked to Mr. Robert the original founder of AIGI and in the very near future the deal is supposed to be closed. Only a matter of time for when it happens. Brokers are by the minute and a lot of his time is talking to brokers. Matter of fact he had to let me go to talk to one ... :-) GB
