Perceptronics and Brilliant Media
Form Internet 3D Strategic Alliance
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Perceptronics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
PCTR - news) announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Brilliant Media, Inc.
(BMI), a company internationally renowned for its design and development of interactive
computer-based multimedia and information systems.
The intent of the strategic alliance is for Perceptronics and Brilliant Media to pool resources and
create new business opportunities by developing for third parties interactive Internet solutions
combining their unique capabilities, proprietary technology, know-how and services. Specifically, the
companies will work together to create new levels of Internet Collaborative 3D experiences, based
on Perceptronics' IC3D(TM) Framework and Brilliant Media's interactive designs, for early adopter
customers in the entertainment, education and e-commerce markets.
Brilliant Media is a pioneer in bridging Hollywood and Silicon Valley, and has established strong
relationships and the highest creative reputation in both worlds. Brilliant Media's principals are Steve
Nelson, president and chief creative officer, and Jonathan Harris, chief executive officer.
Steve Nelson, the founder of BMI in 1992, is widely recognized as one of the best interactive
designers in the business. His outstanding creative accomplishments at BMI include the acclaimed
entertainment product Xplora 1: Peter Gabriel's Secret World, the movie industry's best multimedia
information system (Warner Brothers' Movie Marketing System) and innovative online service
designs for Intertainer and Oracle, as well as many other highly regarded CD-ROM, kiosk and
interactive television products. Steve's work at BMI and as an individual has won numerous awards,
including three Interactive Academy Awards, four Digital Media Awards, the Interactive Media

Jonathan Harris, who joined BMI in January 1999, has founded and/or played a major role in a

garnering publicity in every major US fashion magazine. Jonathan is a graduate of Stanford
University and Stanford Law School, and practiced law prior to entering business.
