Drop In Stock Price

Company is Progressing And Will Have Positive News Shortly

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 1999--Steroidogenesis Inhibitors' (OTCBB: STGI - news) senior management today indicated that there are no negative news or developments that could account for the drop in the company's common share price. ''On the contrary, we believe we are making progress and that there are new positive developments'' said Dr. Alfred Sapse, CEO. ''We expect to disclose one of these positives shortly.''

STGI's CEO noted that the present low price of the Company's stock offers senior management an opportunity to accumulate shares at an attractive level.
