Dimd has been having cash flow issues so they needed some deep pockets to spend some money on marketing to show some decent numbers to take it public. <you seem pretty confident in this spin off? Any reason why? Why hasn't DIMD already done this?> The same person I heard the Dimd buyout rumor is(they) are 100% sure that CREAF will be buying S3 after the spin out is completed and S3/DIMD deal is done. Same person that is still saying Dimd shareholders will end up with $9 a share in Oct.
