I view IP Voice and Video Conf. as Product. These are customer needs and the customer does not care how it is delivered. All a customer cares about is the product benefits and the price point. And it must be easy to get. With all this technological innovation they are stymied. I consider all the posters on SI early adopters and very very smart. The next group of customers to come on the net will be best attracted by clear product benefits, competitive pricing and EASE of acquisition. I have bookmarked this and the other thread and will keep up. GoodDay!
