Apparently the is a stock in India with the same symbol as MR$VC: ************* Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation (MRVC) has asked the World Bank for a loan of Rs2,400 crore for implementing Mumbai Urban Transport ProjectII. The project has been cleared by the government of India. The integrated rail-cum-road project is estimated to cost Rs6,000 crore. There are 12 rail projects costing Rs4,741 crore and rehabilitation of slum dwellers costing Rs400 crore are included in the rail projects. MRVC plans to collect nominal levy from the commuters and raise funds for the project. The government of India and the state government of Maharashtra have 51 percent and 49 percent stake in MRVC respectively. (rk)(m)..
