The guy I remember was pretty "big" - he was the guy who did most of the development for the 386 product and the SystemPro under Stimac. He was Cuban, I think... a very clean thinker and quick decision maker, I was very impressed. I hear he is semi-retired now at CPQ but still around in an advisory role.
