CELL has been very very consistently below 7, except for 2 or 3 brief peeks around 7.40, since March, when it had that big drop down from 14.

Are you looking for movement within that range (say 6 to 7.40), or is there really any reason to think this stock will go anywhere unless its earnings go up? As to which, I have read no predictions based on anything here lately.
