Market-Infocom Launches New Investor Relations
Web-Site

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 1999--
Market-InfoCom Market-Infocom. today announced the launching of its new
Investor information website at www.Market-Infocom.com. The site contains
information on specific publicly traded companies that have not yet been
discovered by Wall Street. In addition to analysts reports, investors can also
read executive summaries, management vitas, press releases, charts and
quotes that are sometimes difficult to find on smaller companies. In addition to
the vast amount of information provided on the site, visitors can subscribe to
receive e-mail or fax updates such as press releases or new product
information on companies of interest. The site will publish a monthly
newsletter, MIC Focus.

Five companies are currently featured on the site: Alya Intl. (OTC BB: ALYA),
a leader in building control and security systems; Composite Automobile
Research Ltd. (OTC BB: CARHF), a automotive technology company that
provides the capability for emerging nations to become automobile producing
countries; Industrial Rubber Innovations Inc. (OTC BB: IRIB), which develops
and markets unique rubber compounds with increased durability and
resistance to heat and corrosion; TMEX USA, Inc. a telecommunications
company, one of only five companies that provide an infrastructure into Mexico;
and QCL Group Inc., a holdings company which has just launched
thekidsite.com with a computer giveaway.

Industrial Rubber currently sells their products to the oil and gas industry to
companies such as Texaco and Mobil Corp. TMEX is upgrading their systems
to handle 200-million minutes-per-month of voice time compared to the 50
million-minute capacity now, while remaining a debt free company

"We feel our site will benefit both companies that use our service and investors
who would otherwise have difficulty finding information on smaller companies.
By bridging this gap, we not only help companies gain exposure in the market
place, but also provide the investor with a free service by harvesting the
information they need and putting it right at their doorstep." "In today's
information age, knowledge is certainly power." Randy Moss, Vice President,
Sales.
