Have you visited this new portal created by IDT for the Spanish American community:http://www.nuestravoz.com/

Now, check out this press release of a few weeks ago. IDT now is selling prepaid internet service in over 100,000 locations. My dd suggests that they have already tripled the customer base of their ISP. That announcement should be out shortly. Can you immagine what THAT will do to the share price? The last time this stock hit $40 it was on ISP speculation. When the investment community sees that type of growth their will be a serious response.

B: IDT Launches First Pre-Paid Spanish Internet Service

HACKENSACK, N.J. (May 25) BUSINESS WIRE -May 25, 1999--

Combines synergies between ISP business and nationwide distribution
network to offer Nuestra Voz(TM), fully bilingual

pre-paid Internet access at industry-low $9.95/month

IDT (NASDAQ: IDTC) today unveiled the nation's first pre-paid
bilingual Internet service. Nuestra Voz(TM) is a full Spanish/English
Internet service, designed specifically for Hispanic households in the
U.S. with a market leading price point.

Nuestra Voz provides customers with: - $9.95 per month unlimited
Internet access - no credit card

required - Full bilingual customer support (9AM-5PM) and 24-hour
bilingual

technical support - Netscape Communicator 4.5 in both English and
Spanish - A customized e-mail account - Nationwide Internet
access from over 700 points of presence

throughout the U.S. - Value-added bilingual content

Nuestra Voz(TM) is modeled directly after IDT's successful pre-paid
calling card marketing strategy, where customers buy IDT's phone cards
at retailers nationwide. Nuestra Voz(TM) will be available at grocery
stores, newsstands, and retail outlets around the country within the
month through IDT's nationwide distribution network of over 100,000
retailers. Currently, Nuestra Voz(TM) is available in the New York
metro area.

"We have taken two of IDT's greatest strengths -- our Internet service
and our pre-paid distribution network -- to bring an entirely new
product to the masses," said IDT's CEO Howard Jonas. "Only 11% of
Hispanic households have Internet access, yet 27% have a personal
computer at home, and through Nuestra Voz(TM), we can bring the
Internet to all Hispanic computer users. IDT prides itself on offering
innovative ways to provide affordable communications worldwide."

Unlike other bilingual Internet services, users of Nuestra Voz do not
need a credit card or check in order to enroll. They can simply walk to
their closest Nuestra Voz retailer and buy Internet service. Nuestra
Voz will also be available to users who wish to sign up using a credit
card.

Users can purchase an initial Nuestra Voz(TM) package for $10.95, which
includes full registration software, bilingual Netscape Communicator,
one month of Internet access, and an e-mail address. After the first
month, they can go back to their point of purchase or any other Nuestra
Voz(TM) retailer and buy a "refresher card" to recharge their accounts,
which are available in one-month ($9.95), three-month ($27.95), and
six-month increments ($52.95). Users will soon be able to recharge
their accounts on our web site using a credit card at
www.nuestravoz.com.

IDT's dial-up Internet has established itself as a leader in the ISP
business since 1994. The newly independent division has over 700 points
