Anyone know the average selling price for an Aspen III? "an order in excess of 10 million dollars for multiple Aspen III CVD systems from a major DRAM manufacturer" So this would be how many systems? And how many systems would a big DRAM fab need? How about a guess as to who the DRAM company is? "The company estimates it will have more than 20 Aspen III systems installed by the end of 1999" Some of these are just strip, I assume. How many CVD or RTP? This is fantastic news! I wish I'd loaded up the way Ian did :-) Nick
