THC:

Most of the time options on silver stocks are more expensive that options on COMEX. One has to calculate option value using a Black & Scholes model and be patient to catch options on stocks at a fair value. It happens from time to time but mostly its better to be an option writer, picking up stocks when silver is under $5.00 and waiting for a small up-move in POS which expands option premium on stock. Then, write covered option.
