MEDISOLUTION LTD ("MSH-T") - financial results for the year ended
March 31, 1999 - highlighted by record revenue and earnings from
continuing operations before special charges. Revenue for the year was
up 25 percent to $53.9 M. For the fiscal year ended March 31,
1999, MediSolution Ltd. had earnings of $1.650 M, before special
charges, compared to $101,260 for the previous year. Revenue for the
fourth quarter ended March 31, 1999, increased 27 % to a record $14.9M.
