Hey, thanks E, not being as old as you, my recollection of your 12 Century definition was hazy.....but THAT'S THE ONE! Now of course, you must remember the one about the incredibly fast runner trying to reach his goal (hmmm, analogous to an SEC filing?). Now in the first instant of time, he gets 1/2 way to his goal...he is very fast, so in the next instant of time, he goes 1/2 way more, but of course, the distance covered is smaller. After in infinite amount of time...he can NEVER reach his goal...he always has 1/2 the remaining distance to go. Is THAT what you meant?
