Robert, I doubt that is a fair conclusion given the volume is so low. Considering where this company has been ($4.50) to where it is now, it has enjoyed a nice run up. The profit takers are bountiful!! I feel, however, that given enough time, this company will see better times. In the short run, there is little to get excited about considering no new contracts have come up. Time will tell!! PlayTheKing
