anyone have any idea of what the combined value of DIMD and SIII will be after the merger? I did some quick rough numbers, but don't know if they are right. Though I do wish I was holding S3 rather than DIMD right now. S3 just got a great deal. (S3 ttm sales = 186M, DIMD =566M) I am going to hold and wait and see... Also, does DIMD still have to file a 10-Q this quarter? Springer
