I haven't a clue. I can see no good reason for this rather huge selloff. I just left a message for Jeanne Condren (408-944-1817) of DMC investor relations asking her to return my call, but I expect she'll just say "I don't know". There is speculation on the yahoo board that some analyst has downgraded the stock and/or the telecom (or telecom equipment) industry in general. Also some speculation that some large institution decided to sell, perhaps due to worries about an impending interest rate rise. Recent insider sales might also be fueling this selloff. Rob
