I think their are several moves that will be made in the next several months. Even though BLS may back Qwests plays now, in the end, I believe it will be Qwest and Naccio that survives with BLS becoming a part of us, with their concurrence. It gives them a way to reinvent themselves, no longer be considered a Baby Bell, and go after the whole pie.

I don't say it will happen, but if it does, World Com and Sprint will be moving down one position each, and AT&T will be looking over their shoulder.
