Can someone explain to me how many shares we, as shareholders, will be getting from the spinoff? Has this been announced yet?? I think this is a great news release ! It will surely add to shareholders' value! This means that the last day to buy in (if you want to be part of the spinoff) is this Friday since there is a three day settlement period. Keeps on getting better and better!! CK.
