Hubert, I agree with the general observations of your message, however;

SI management has previously recognized the value received from the charter members in that they produced content which in turn results in page views. I think they will also agree that pages views is "where it's at". The membership fee just offsets administration expense. A non-contributing member is of lesser value than a contributing member, regardless of whether they paid a fee or not.
