DIPPY FOODS COMPLETES CO-BRANDING AGREEMENT WITH CONAGRA GROCERY PRODUCTS CO.

June 22, 1999 Anaheim, CA - Dippy Foods, Inc. (NASD OTC BB: DPPI) is pleased to announce that is has completed the co-branding agreement with ConAgra Grocery Products Co. (ConAgra Grocery), a subsidiary of ConAgra, Inc. Dippy Foods will use ConAgra Grocery's nationally recognized brand products including Peter Pan Peanut Butter and Knott's Berry Farm fruit filling in their Dippers product line of prepackaged school lunches. Dippers new product labels will incorporate the brand logos of these products. Additionally, ConAgra Grocery will have an active presence on the Company's website www.dippyfoods.com.
This mutually beneficial alliance between Dippy Foods and ConAgra Grocery will allow Dippy Foods to enjoy the established brand recognition and quality of ConAgra Grocery products and ConAgra Grocery will join Dippy Foods in becoming a recognized name in the national school and breakfast lunch program.
Dippy Foods President, Mr. Jon Stevenson was pleased with this new development in the Company's progress. “By incorporating such high quality products in our meals as the ConAgra Grocery brands, we are providing school children with nutritious tasty meals that they will enjoy eating.” he said. “This is great for the kids, great for the schools and will assist both Dippy Foods and ConAgra Grocery in establishing brand loyalty for our products.”
