There was another Form 144 "Intent to sell restricted stock." filed with the SEC on 16 June 1999. I don't know by whom or for how many shares. A while ago someone on the yahoo board said that all shares associated with the May 1999 Form 144 filings had been sold by the end of May. But I'm not sure what that individual's source of info was.
