Rande I agree.... on the surface it just doesn't seem to make sense. What leverage is there to BDE? How does it enhance their value to the list of growing customers? How does auctions and multipath go together? and with "everyone" going into auctions, what's the competitive reason? IS BDE going to be a company that runs two different kinds of businesses ( a certain killer if ever there was one)... Lastly, what's the focus?

I can only assume that BDE has heard from its customers and are responding to that need... if not, it's "just hard to understand" and in some sense justifies today's selloff.... I almost exited myself....
