Pet Quarters Share Repurchase

I only follow PDEN as one of the 147 Internet companies which form my database. However I did notice that is has doubled over the last 2 months. The Bloomberg NR stated this morning that the repurchase was to "facilitate a capital infusion from other investors". It gave its website as
