No. I understand. current recommendations are to check blood sugars a minimum of 4 times a day. People who manage their diabetes closely will do this in hopes of avoiding future consequences such as blindness, stroke, kidney failure and others.
The trouble is, the blood sugar monitoring strips cost $.25-.50 each, and it adds up. And they are not reusable. The "watch" from what I understand gives you a real-time blood sugar and is reusable (my need new batteries now and then).
So I am still wondering, are there any other companies with competitive products?
And, if you believe your doctor, and he thinks it will work, why are you not following this stock?
