John,

With your experience with Forms 144, did he already sell them, or is he going to sell them. In your previous post, it has a value of $407k which equates to a sell price of about 5.43. Did he sell at that price and only had to report it how, or is he going to sell. I read it as he sold at that price and the decrease in stock price is already factored in.
