I think by now it should be fairly obvious what is going on here. With
a float this small and a whopping 3.2 million shares short, did
anybody actually believe that the shorters would just give up? There
just are'nt that many shares left out there to buy. The good news on the horizon, that we are all anxiously awaiting, they can see as well.
And the clock is ticking. Meanwhile, as Swanny adroitly points out in an earlier post, large shareholders don't sell but continue to BUY, in
spite of these allegations. And Shan Padda emphatically denies any
wrong doing in a very public way. I agree with Swanny, am I to believe
pluvia and their questionable alliances or the afore mentioned people
in the know. Folks, remember that pluvia etc. can say ANYTHING so long
as their conclusions can reasonably be drawn from information in the
public domain. That opens up a whole universe of interpretation. one
mans fraud is another mans terms of a business deal.
The pluvia people can also spare the rest of us the altruistic
"truthseeking individuals" baloney. They are here to try and create an
atmosphere of panic and confusion in an attempt to try and drive the stock price down for the shorts to cover. Think about it. If you had what you thought was potentially damaging information about a company
that you were following, you would probably gather all the pertinent
info and then with some measure of trepidation and sorrow make ONE
substantiated posting. Not pluvia. pluvia went for hype and build up
and spin. Starting with an inflammatory fraud headline, followed by
oops! you'll have to wait till tomorrow at 10:30. A carefully crafted
ploy to really get people nervous over night. Then, a half hour before
the "big 10:30 posting" they post: only 30 minutes left before big
fraud post. And what was the big posting? a rehashing of an old
lawsuit with some new ammendments. Big deal. If that is'nt hype and
build up and spin, I don't know what is.
I can only assume that if the pluvia people believe the info
that they are posting, that they are now out of the stock and have
accomplished their saintly mission of warning the rest of us. Having
said that, what possible purpose could they have continuing to post
here if it is'nt to drive the stock price down? Don't be taken in by
these people. They are here for one reason and one reason only, to
plant the seeds of doubt in your mind, to steal your shares! The
shorters are cornered, desperate, running out of time, and there is'nt much stock for sale anymore.
one last thing, this is the kind of person that supports pluvia.
