I blew a head gasket in a '79 Chevy pickup and the motor was failing fast. Had a buddy who was into cars and he said to leave it with him. Turned out he wanted my 305 for a boat and when I went back he had traded engines with me. Went from a 305 two throater to a 350 4 barrel raced tuned with a big lopping cam.
