FIDELITY CRASHES IN THE LAST 1/2 HOUR OF TRADING!!!

We are working on it they told me, at least I was able to get a human being on the phone relatively fast. Has all their new advertising for new customers turned into a mess they can not handle? Maybe so. Any voices out there? Active traders?

I tried all my tricks to get in to several servers, no such luck.
