Newbridge Network board has post that it is buying Stanford Telcom and
that is reason stock halted trading. ST is 2 way equipment ATEL was
testing in Seattle but not rolling out for funding and/or reliability
reasons. Both may be becoming resolved soon via respective acquisitions.
