ed, i am with you. why sell a used computer. dell is not a car dealer which sells new cars as well as used/reconditioned cars. the reason car dealers sell used cars because: a. they have high margin and b. they get trade-ins. dell does not buy used computers, refurbish and sell but rather refurbish returned computers under warranty. with new computer prices falling, why dig into an area which would cloud the image and compete with new computers. i am puzzled ... best regards paul
