Sharpe's compliance department was a total waste of my time as I expected. I did not receive my call back today as promised so I called them again. After being passed around 5 times, I finally spoke to someone in compliance who admitted that is was highly unlikely anyone was going to call me back. There is no information readily available to explain why they dropped DCTC. His guess is that there is "not enough interest in the security". When I asked what the likelihood that they would file paperwork for any security as required when DCTC was halted so the MM could make a market in a company like DCTC, he said near ZILCH, too much trouble...

So the SEC has clumbsily created a situation to make the success of a small business even tougher than it already is by creating hardships for the MM's who can't be bothered with their red-tape nonsense!!

DCTC should go private and then re-IPO at a price that allows getting listed on a real exchange. I have no idea of what is involved in doing this but what other path leads to a listing??? The costs of the dog and pony to line up investors for an IPO are probably staggering so that may nix that idea....

Anyone?
