Rumor of the Painewebber downgrade was also posted to the yahoo board at 4:05PM EDT... messages.yahoo.com They provide an $11/sh price target based on a PE of 25 and an FY01 EPS estimate of $0.44/sh. Such a PE is reasonable, but where do they get that EPS estimate? The huge trading volume we saw today is unprecedented. Rob
