From La Guardia GFS:

In response to the 2 questions asked by Marc Stager:

1) The deal with Albertson's is a "roll-out" program. Meaning Alberston's and MDMI have agreed to put product in 9 stores and evaluate the sales of those products. There is no definitive time line associated with this evaluation, but Dana Verrill has confirmed that so far things are progressing "quite well", and they are hopeful new stores will be added in the near future. Mr. Verrill further stated that he does not anticipate to press release each individual new Albertson's that is selling the products, but he will share such information with La Guardia GFS so we can update the shareholders.

Mr. Verrill also indicated that there are several "similar" agreements being worked out with other retail food chains, and he is in hopes that one or more of these will be announced over the next few weeks. He said that these contracts, if successful, could result in significant revenues.

2) The much anticipated JCIC is still in the works. MDMI is currently waiting on final delivery from iChargeit.com. La Guardia has put in a call to iChargeit.com, and we will report on the status of the JCIC as soon as we hear anything.

Marc, we appreciate your input on our web site, and we will do our best to better our Internet presence.

Please check us out on the Internet at www.TwoTrades.com or e-mail questions and suggestions to comercio@doscomercios.com.

As always, we encourage everyone to do their own due diligence...but we are here to help!

Sincerely,
