I'm hoping/guessing that it's a non-event, distorted somewhat by the way it was reported on E-Offering... Why in the world would several major banks cut CF totally out of the loop and strive to reinvent the wheel at this late hour (especially with the portals barelling down the pike)? I'm hoping/guessing that maybe they are insourcing just the bill presentment piece (on which CF makes little or no money anyway), while maintaining the hooks and handles with CF's ability to pay anyone and provide round-trip customer care... Either way the timing couldn't be worse, but I guess we'll find out tomorrow... rk
