In the SPDE deal, Speedus is basically selling their only asset to Nextlink (the NYC wireless licenses), I think SPDE trades lower in the future as they will end up becoming just a service provider without any spectrum.

I also think sHITT trades lower because it is a POS OTCBB reverse-merger CRIM stock. Hey Dorian....bring it on!
