MKTY CHAIRMAN IS ALSO CHAIRMAN OF FIRST ALBANY AND DIRECTOR OF NYSE GE DTE SRE have all invested in Plug Power of which MKTY owns 34% GE is a large knowledgeable and professional company has a 10% ownership of Plug with an option to double it. GE has invested time and people into a joint venture GE fuel cells. SRE (So.Cal.Gas.) the largest gas utility in the USA with 20+ years in fuel cells invested $7.5 mill in Plug. DTE Detroit Energy has over $45 mill in plug. Plug will manufacture the cells and sell them to GE fuel cells Plug owns 25% of GE fuel cells. Plug has had a house running for 1 year in Lathum NY on a fuel cell. The cost of the cell will be between $10,000 in the beginning then dropping down to $3,500. The cost of the electricity should be between .08 and .11 /kwh which is lower than a lot of us pay now. The cost varies as Nat. gas does and includes a 5 year payback to the utility. PLUG has stated that it expects to be the 1st to produce and sell 1,000,000 FC's with SRE's 18 mill customers, DTE's 18 mill NJR's 5+ Mill and that is before any marketing from GE this is a natural Also a director of MKTY Dr. Robb is ex GE (where he was one of the few people on their executive committee and responsible for GE Industrial Labs - the largest industrial lab on earth. ) MKTY has risk but the reward is much greater and I would not be short but LONG.
