mohan...re" asset recovery" who will buy these refurbished units....every three years a tremendous amount off lease...the greater your new sales, the more assets to recover...it is a bizarre concept.....why not concentrate on a low priced,fixed margin, consumer/retail line in the dell bto model, then an on line auction????....silence from "mikey" has me less concerned, then a statement like this.....used pc's, free pc's, free isp's...how much margin can they make on a refurbished unit? how many units can they auction? how will it dilute new sales???? why continue to sell ugly hand me down boxes, when there exists such a thing as innovation...
